Insurance 

Most clinicians are in-network with most plans offered through Cigna, Aetna, United Healthcare, Oxford, Oscar Health, and BCBS of NC. See our "meet the team" tab for specifics about each clinician.

Self-pay Rates (if you do not have an in-network insurance provider or choose not to use insurance)

-$135 for standard session (45-60 minute)

-$100 for a “mini session” (31-44 minutes)

-$75 for a “long check-in” (16-30 minutes) 

Out of Office Food/Fear Based Exposures 

Nourished Minds Counseling clinician, Rebecca, offers food-based or fear related exposures for established clients struggling with disordered eating or specific anxieties. Contact Rebecca for additional information on rates and how this service could be helpful for you. This service is not covered by insurance. 

Reduced Fee Sessions

Nourished Minds Counseling offers a limited number of reduced rate sessions. Contact practice for additional details. 

Cancellation Policy

There is a $75 fee for no shows and appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
